About the Iron Legion Fitness Expo
The Iron Legion Fitness Expo is the first annual fitness expo, created by Iron Legion Powerlifting, and hosted in Kalispell, MT. With over 20 interactive booths of varying businesses we are bringing fitness and health education through interactive activities, speakers, and demonstrations.
Iron Legion Fitness Expo allows each individual to learn more about fitness and health, while getting an interactive experience with difference aspects of the fitness world, including , powerlifting, generalized fitness, martial arts, and more.

Nope! The Iron Legion Fitness expo aims to create an environment for beginners, intermediate, or advanced. If you are new to fitness or want to learn more before starting, we have experts who can answer your questions for the gym, sports, and nutrition.
For intermediate or advanced fitness lovers, we have a wide variety of sports and new fitness avenues to try if you are interested in learning about other routes in the fitness world!
