Matt Underhill
Matt has been involved in the fitness industry since 2016. His journey started off with various types of martial arts. Primarily focused on taekwondo, he achieved his black belt and competed at a high level all throughout the U.S. He started lifting weights to aid in his fight game, and quickly realized lifting was where his passion truly lied. He began shifting focus and now specializes in powerlifting, both as an athlete and an experienced coach. His goal is to bring the most scientific approach with up to date training methods to his clients.
